Welcome to QuickBooks Community, @rajalimalathy.

You'll have to visit the Account and Settings page in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. It contains different sets of menus that'll help you customise your company setup. You can get to know more about each of the menu below:

  • Company - manage your company name, type, GSTIN, contact info, and address.
  • Billing & Subscription - update subscription and billing details.
  • Sales - customise sales forms and their contents (i.e. reminders and messages).
  • Expenses - manage bills, expenses, and purchase orders.
  • Advanced - organise your accounting, Chart of Accounts, time tracking, and other preferences.

To format your company, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  3. Choose and toggle each menu mentioned above to update all the necessary company details.
  4. Click Save, then Done.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the third step.

To make sure any update is implemented accordingly, I'd recommend logging out and signing back in. However, most of the time the system will automatically refresh to apply an update.

In the meantime, I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing the growth of your business using QBO: Help Articles. It includes topics about account management, taxes, banking, customers and income, suppliers and expenses, and reports to name a few.

You're always welcome to comment below if you have other concerns or follow-up inquiries about managing your company set up in QBO. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
