How to record bill payment in banking transactions

Recording bill payments in QBO is a breeze, @mannaluru-gmail-.

 

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Click the +New icon.
  2. Select Pay bills.
  3. Choose the Payment account and enter the Payment date.
  4. Select the bill you'll need to pay.
  5. Enter the amount you paid towards the bill. 
  6. Once done, click Save and close.

Also, QBO offers a lot of vendor ready-made reports to track your expenses. To get started, simply go to the Reports menu and scroll down to the What you owe section. From there, click whichever vendor report you'd like to open
