How to remove the auto print cheque no., I want to input the cheque by myself

Welcome, Jena. I know how to remove the automatic print cheque number in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm glad to share them with you.

When writing a cheque, untick the box beside Print Later. This way, you can modify or edit the cheque number.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks as an admin.
2. Go to the +New icon, then select Cheque under Suppliers.
3. Fill in the details.
4. Remove the check mark beside Print Later, then enter your desired number on the Cheque no. field.
5. Save the transaction.

When you're ready to print your transaction, select the Print button at the bottom area.
