Question

I am trying to set a client up for wholesale billing. They are not appearing on my client list under billing. I am the master admin? any reason why?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here, jejoba@hotmail.c.

In QuickBooks Online Accountant, you can see your client's company name, subscription status, and the product they are using when you go to Settings ⚙ > Subscriptions and billing > Your subscriptions tab.

If the client is not showing up in both Your subscriptions and Billing tabs, we can do some troubleshooting steps to rule out any browser-related issue.

Whenever you visit a website, your browser stores the browsing history, so it will be easy to load the page next time you revisit them. Cache files remain in the system do nothing but piling up, and when this happens, you may encounter errors and other browser problems.

Let's open an incognito or private browser. This mode doesn't store cache.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Then, sign in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant and go to Gear Subscriptions and billing > Your subscriptions or Billing tab. If you see the client when using the private browser, you'll want to clear your regular browser's cache. Then, restart the browser afterwards to refresh the settings.

You can also use a different supported browser as an alternate solution.

Please, keep me updated after trying out the steps. I'll be right here to help you out again. Stay safe!
