I can't schedule payments online when I want to pay a bill. My bank is connected, but the only option QBO gives me in the section "Pay Bill" is "Save and send".

I would like to pay all my bills from QBO and avoid to do all the wire transfers manually from my online banking one by one. But apparently the function "Schedule payments online" is not available on my QBO. Do you know why? My company is based in Europe and I'm still on a trial version of QBO

Hi there, @peppe-worseg-at. Let me share some information about paying bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You'll need an app to have a scheduling feature, which is only applicable for Online Bill Pay powered by Bill.com. This is available in the US version. You can read this US article for more information: Understanding payment schedules in Online Bill Pay.

 

QBO also supports thousands of various third-party applications for any functionality you may need. To see if there's an app that can help you accomplish this, head to the Intuit App Center. Then, type a keyword in the search bar.

 

You can follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Apps.
  2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. Use the search bar to look for an app.

 

Additionally, connecting your bank to QBO helps speed up your work as you don't have to enter anything manually. It automatically downloads your transactions and categorise them. All you have to do is approve the match or newly created transaction.
