I cannot find the option to record a "Bill" on the QBO mobile app. Why is it missing in the mobile app, yet very necessary to capture bills?

I'm here to provide an alternative method you can perform to complete your task, @acoduman

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app mostly focuses on the tasks to be done on the go, such as adding an expense. With this, the option to create a bill is currently unavailable in the app. This is the reason you're unable to locate it. 

 

As a workaround, I'd suggest logging into your QBO account through a supported browser on your phone. This way, you'll be able to enter a bill from there.

The supported features differ on the phone model you have. With that, I recommend using the chart to easily compare them through this article: Features Availability In The Mobile App. This link is specific to the UK region, but it also applies to your country. 

 

When you're ready to settle your payables, let's go to Suppliers from the + New menu. Then, select either Pay Bills or Cheque. It helps you keep track of the bills, so your supplier balances are up to date. Please use a mobile browser to complete this process.
