I cannot see all saved employee information for Payees when i am trying to enter expenses

Missing data in QuickBooks Online are sometimes caused by browser issues. Let's confirm this by accessing your account using a private window.

Use any of these keyboard shortcuts according to the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the its cache to start with a clean slate. Otherwise, use another supported, up-to-date browser.
