Refund requests vary depending on where and how you purchased our product. If you purchased QuickBooks directly from Intuit, please refer to the steps below to learn what to do.

 

  1. Go to QuickBooks Refund Request and select your product.
  2. Enter your order/bill number and Associated email.
  3. Hit Find my order details and review your details and charges.
  4. Choose an item to be refunded and the reason for the refund.
  5.  If applicable, provide a detailed reason for the request.
  6. Fill in your Contact details & Mailing Address.
  7. Select Submit.

 

If you’re an accountant requesting a refund for a client on your wholesale billing subscription, please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Navigate to QuickBooks Refund Request.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online in the search by product box.
  3. Enter your bill number and email address.
  4. Click Find my order details and choose the reason for the refund.
  5. Choose the subscription plan that your client is on.
  6. Provide more information about the request.
  7. Fill in your Contact details and hit the Submit option when done.
