Welcome to the Community space, @accounts11_2-tescapeg. We can perform a few troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern.

To start, make sure to maximize the entire QBO page so you can see all the buttons. You can adjust the zoom set up to make the page smaller. Just press the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the minus (-) repeatedly.

Also, QuickBooks Online requires these display settings 1024x768 or higher and the Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to "Normal" or "100%".

For more detailed instructions on how to fix display settings, you can read out this article: Unable to see the entire page in QuickBooks Online.

However, if you can't see it, a possible browser issue might have hidden the save option. Let me share the steps that can resolve common issues when a button is missing and other unexpected issues when working in QuickBooks Online.

We can start by accessing your QBO account through a private browser. This a special mode where the browser doesn't record the browsing activity.

Here’s how:

  • Press Ctrl+ Shift + N keys on your keyboard (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl+ Shift + P keys on your keyboard (Firefox).
  • Press Control+ Option + P keys on your keyboard (Safari).

If you're able to see it, then let's clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
