I have already paid bills to my vendor but still it showing as a outstanding in AP aging report... one more thing some paid bills it showing bill payment check same

Let me ease your confusion about the bill payment that is still showing in Accounts Payable.

Once you make a payment for the bill, it should show as paid. Make sure to associate the bill payment to the bill when you record it.

The Bill Payment Check that you can see in the Accounts Payable is for the payment transaction you need to associate with the bill.
