I have make the payment for yearly but its taking as monthly, what is this?

I have make the payment for yearly by taking advice from QB respective person, but now it take aks monthly, I need proper responce from QB Team

Thanks for your time in posting your concern today. I'm here to help you switch from a monthly to an annual subscription. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. On the left panel, click Billing & Subscription.
  4. Select Switch to monthly annual billing.
  5. Hit Switch, and then Done.

Should you need to speak with our Support team about your billing subscription, you can follow these steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Select/enter “Talk to a human.”
  3. Enter your concern as "Billing", then select I still need a human
  4. Click Get help from a human.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
