Hi @Chandana enterprises,

 

Welcome to the Community. Let's get you over to the support you need to renew your QuickBooks subscription.

 

I know that you need to get hold of someone for renewing the subscription. However, the Community is a public forum, and the ability to check the account is unavailable.

 

I'd suggest using the Start a chat feature from the Help menu. This way, they can securely access your account and resolve your issues timely.

 

In case you'll need the steps, here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Click the search bar and type in Contact support.
  3. Select Contact Support Team
  4. Select Start a chat.
