I'll share some information why this happens and how you can resend the invitation.

 

Here are a few possible reasons why your employee did not receive the email invitation:

 

  • The invitation might be in their junk or spam folder.
  • The company’s email address is incorrectly formatted in Company settings.
  • The recipient’s mail servers might be blocking the email.
  • The invitation may have already expired. Email invites expire after 48 hours from when it was sent.

You can resend the invitation by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear Manage Users.
  2. Find the user you need to invite again.
  3. Select Resend invite under the Action column.
