I've got some ideas on how to see your accounts for your VISA, Graham

Since you already connected your bank account to QuickBooks, I recommend using a private browser. This way, it rules out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

You can also type the specific URL for your VISA as you connect it in QBO. Kindly follow these steps:

  1. Go to Transactions and click Bank Transactions.
  2. Press Link account
  3. You'll be able to see a search bar, type or paste the URL of your VISA card.
  4. Enter your Sign info in the Login and Password fields, then select Continue
  5. Choose the account that you want to connect and date to pull transactions from the dropdown. Then, select Next.
  6. Select your account type on the Account type dropdown, then select Next.
  7. Map the bank account in the Existing accounts dropdown, then press Next.
  8. Click Connect, then select Done.
