I recently added ICICI Bank Credit Card to Quickbooks. While the system is fetching transactions, it does not show the bank balance on the dashboard.

Let's start by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. It will help refresh website preferences that might be causing issues when using QuickBooks.

If the same issue persists, log into your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser to isolate this behavior. As an alternative, you can use other supported browsers.

To use a private browser:

• On your keyboard, press : Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Mozilla Firefox (Ctrl + Shift + P)
• Safari (Command + Option + P).

Once logged in, go back to the Banking page and manually click Update. This will download the latest statements from your bank including the bank balance.

If you're still not seeing the bank balance, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Team. They can check what's blocking the system from downloading the bank balance.
