I'VE BEEN GET THIS MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO DELETE MY SOME PRODUCTS. 'THIS NEEDS TO BE ACTIVE BECAUSE A RECCURING TEMPLATE USES IT QUICKBOOKS'. HOW CAN I DELETE THEM.

Somehow I can't delete one of my products in inventory section. I've been getting error to delete them. Can you guys just help us how to delete them for sure?

They don't allow to delete any List data. You can use a 3rd party tool to delete it if there is no other data associated with it, Another option, when you need to register new items, edit unused ones instead of creating new ones.

We can use the solution recommended by Fiat Lux - ASIA. On the Products and services page, there's also a Funnel icon that you can use to filter out the list of Inactive items. Please keep in mind that we cannot completely delete them, so if you haven't used them in any previous transactions, simply replace their details with new items in the future.
