I want to activate Payroll inside my quickbooks online but it is telling me "We're sorry! You cannot access this feature".Can someone please help?

I'm here to share some insights about activating Payroll in QuickBooks Online.

Only the Primary or Company admin has the full access to manage QuickBooks Online subscription and other services. That means, you need to make sure you're logged in as admin or reach out to the company admin of the file to change your access.

Furthermore, you can also request to be the primary admin of the account if the current primary admin is no longer with the company.
