I cannot download from my bank. I need to add transactions, how?

    You can manually add transactions to an account in QuickBooks Online, Coolgardiers. Let me provide some details about this.

     

    Have you received any error messages while downloading from your bank? You can add a screenshot about this, as it'll help me identify the cause of the issue.

     

    If the download or banking options are not visible, we can manually input the transactions, such as invoices, sales receipts, or estimates.

     

    Meanwhile, you can directly add a transaction to the account. Follow these steps:

     

    1. At the top, select the dropdown menu to add a Journal entry, Deposit, or Cheque.
    2. If the dropdown menu is not visible, press Ctrl + Alt + N.
    3. Choose the type of transaction you want to add.
    4. Fill out the necessary details to complete the transaction.
    5. Once done, click Save.
