I want to cancel this entity ([company name removed]. Taiwan Branch) because we created new one in Taiwan already. This entity is duplicated. Can someone contact me?

Let me guide you with these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
4. Continue with the on-screen instructions to successfully cancel the account.

Afterward, you'll receive an email that confirms the cancellation. The data will be available for a year, so you can print and export the data needed for your other QuickBooks account.
