Do you mean you're trying to cancel your QBO subscription? Let me share these steps with you on how you can manage your license or account: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Proceed to the Billing and subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.

Once done, an email confirmation will be sent to you about the cancellation that you've made.
