I was cut off after working 1 hour on chat with an agent. He was just about to answer my query. Does Quickbooks cut you off from chat after 1 hour?

Hi, just wondering if Quickbooks automatically cut off their agents if the support call reaches 1 hour?

The call may have been disconnected. You can reach out again to our phone support team within business hours (Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM). If you have a handy copy of your case number, you can provide it to the next available agent to review your conversation with the previous representative and continue where you left off. If none, they can still review your case by pulling up your account.
