I would like to export data from Workforce to my payroll system. I am New Zealand based and use Crystal Payroll. Does anyone know how I can set this up?

You can export your historical time data using Punch Time Export or Manual Time Export, JE2022. Let me guide you through the process.

The Punch Time Export or Manual Time Export will help you download historical time data from one QuickBooks Time account and upload it into another using a CSV. 

However, if you don’t have the CSV export available in your QuickBooks Time Reports, please contact our Support team to get it added. Just click the Help menu and enter your concern.

To export your time data, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your admin account in QuickBooks Time.
2. Select Reports and then either Punch Time Export or Manual Time Export.
   • If you have more than 1 report, it'll be under Custom in the Reports section. 
3. Choose the filters you want.
4. Click Download Report.

Once you have completed the necessary steps, you may reach out to the Crystal Payroll Support team for assistance on how to import the file from their side.
