I would like to know why you take this amount on my credit card because my last payment was for 6 months and I only use one month ,u already have taken another

Since QuickBook Community is a public forum, therefore we don't have the tools to check your account's subscription. However, you can reach out to our phone support.  Agents have the necessary tools to look into your account and to have this thoroughly canceled.
 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
