I would like to understand why the system seems to be charging me twice for this month?

I recommend you reach out to our Customer Support team since you were charged twice on your account. This way, we can look into further details as to what happened.

 

Let me show you how to contact support:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) option.
  3. Select between Talking to a Human or Chat.
