You're right, the supplier's balance should change, @userr-mikdash.

You'll want to view all transactions for a specific supplier. You can check them in the Suppliers tab.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Choose the Expenses tab, and then click Suppliers.
  3. Find and select your preferred supplier.
  4. Under the Transaction List, you should see all transactions for this supplier.

I also encourage you to check the supplier's money bar. This is a colored bar on the Suppliers window that gives you a visual overview of your supplier interactions. It shows the number and total amount of the following:

  • Purchase orders you have open with suppliers
  • Bills from suppliers and how many are overdue
  • Bills you've paid in the last 30 days

Additionally, I've added this link that can help you with future tasks: Merge duplicate accounts, customers, and suppliers in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to leave a reply if you have other concerns. I'll be happy to help you. Have a great day.
