I'll ensure you can view your transactions from your supplier, samm.

Since you mentioned it's showing on your co-worker's account and not in yours, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps. It could be that the stored cache and cookies in the system are causing problems accessing data from your supplier.

Let's start by opening your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through a private or incognito browser. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once logged in, navigate to the Expenses tab and select the Suppliers section. Then, locate the supplier's name you want to check transactions for. If you can view them, return to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate junk files or site data.

If the issue persists, you can use other supported browsers

You can check out this article to help you manage your supplier's information: How to view and edit supplier transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'll also add another link to help you record a refund or credit from a supplier: Enter supplier credits and refunds in QuickBooks Online.
