In Bill Payment form, what is the function of "Clear Payment" field? When should it be used? Is it still need to be used after the payment is made?

This payment button removes any checkmarks from the selected bills and resets the form back. It makes your payment zero and makes the bill active again.

Usually, this is used when you have incorrectly selected a bill and wanted to revert back to where you originally have to select the correct transaction.
