I want to hide payment information from certain employees. I want them to be able to see only how many estimates and invoices have been made, but not how much money came in

I understand that you want to hide the confidentiality of payment information from certain employees, daryll20. Please be assured that I am here to help you with this matter.

When you add a user to your QuickBooks Online account, you can assign them a specific role that determines their access to various features and functions. We offer several different roles, each with its own set of permissions and limitations.

For example, the Standard all access role grants users full access to everything in their account, including payroll features, without requiring admin privileges. The Standard no access role allows users to submit timesheets but doesn't permit them to use accounting features. The Standard limited customers only role lets users see and do everything related to customers and sales, while the Standard limited vendors only role allows users to see and do everything related to vendors and purchases.

If you need more flexibility, the Standard limited customers and vendors role gives users access to both customers and vendors, while the Primary admin role provides unrestricted access to all parts of your account. Finally, the Company admin role gives users full access to everything, just like the Primary Admin.

However, currently, the option to hide payment information is not available on our platform. While you can customize user roles and permissions to control access to various features, hiding specific financial details like payment information is not possible.

Nonetheless, I appreciate your suggestion, and I believe it will help us improve our services and provide a better experience for you with QuickBooks Online. Therefore, I suggest that you send your feedback to us, which you can do by following these steps:
