Is the receipt capture option available in St. Maarten?

I am wondering if the receipt capture option is available in the international version for small businesses in St. Maarten. For some reason, I am not able to access it on the app.

 

Attached is the screenshot of the pricing and features of the global/international version after entering St. Maarten as the country where the business is located. This seems like false advertising if it is listed in the attachment picture without a disclaimer that it is not actually offered.

 

Please explain why it is listed as a feature, but not really available in the global version.

Hello there, @rkdaugher.

 

I can understand how having the ability to capture receipts would help your business.

 

The receipt capture feature is currently restricted to a few areas. The international versions don't have it. Sending a feature request to our Product Development Team is something I'd advise. This helps us improve the features of the program. You can follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.

 

You can also track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.
