I appreciate you for reaching out to us here in the Community, Jose. I'm here to share with you some information about inputting payments quickly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're referring to recording payments or data manually, you can do it faster through the +New icon or directly to your register.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
  2. Select the Receive Payment or the transaction you want to enter from the +New icon.
  3. Fill in the details.
  4. Click on Save and close.

To add transactions directly to your account, check out the instructions from this link: Manually add transactions to accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Otherwise, you may set a recurring template to set a series of entries according to the schedule you want. To know more about this feature, open this article: Create recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, if you're referring to processing customer payments online, you may look for a third-party application that will help you ease the process. From your QBO account, select the Apps menu from the left panel. Or, visit the apps store, then choose your country from the drop-down menu for better results.

To keep track of your other transactions aside from payments, you can also skim through the topics from this link: Help Articles for QBO-International.

If you have any other questions about payments or if you're referring to something else, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Have a great weekend!

Do you need to record payment data against your invoice or else?
