Thanks for getting in touch, @Ciro3501. I have details to help you track your income, expenses, and deductions inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Please note that QBO can simplify the financial recording process for any business. While it helps you monitor expenses and deductions, it requires you to enter transactions to keep track of all your income. It may be through entering invoices and recording payments or entering sales receipts if you get direct payments. These are the steps to help you get started:

    1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
    2. On the left navigational bar, click the + New button and select Invoices.
    3. Add all the needed information and then click the Save or Save and close button.

For more details, please see this page: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.

If you wish to utilize sales receipt for your income, refer to this article for further guidelines: Create sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

I also recommend checking QuickBooks Solopreneur as it's a new program designed for one-person businesses. For more details, see this page: Introduction to QuickBooks Solopreneur.

Furthermore, I've got you these articles to help you pull up data and customize it to get a clearer view of your income and expenses or deductions, as well as prepare for the tax season inside the program:

I'm here to help with any questions about tracking income, expenses, or deductions in QBO. Feel free to reach out for more information. Stay safe, and have a good one.
