You need an additional app to have the feature and integrate it with your QBO.

Hello there, @olive-page-ie.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

I agree with @Fiat Lux – ASIA. Currently, the Bin location is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We can add a location field on forms. In that way, transactions can be assigned to different locations, such as stores, sales regions, and countries.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Gear at the top.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Advanced tab, and then tap the Pencil icon under Categories.
  4. Turn the Track location button.
  5. Click Save and then Done. See the image below.

To enable bin location in your QuickBooks Online, you will need an additional application. You can go to the Apps menu in QuickBooks Online located on the left navigation bar, or simply click here. There you can choose your preferred application. You can contact the third-party application to manage the integration process.

You can set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online to help you keep track of what’s on hand, get alerts when it’s time to restock, and see insights on what you buy and sell.

If you still have more questions regarding locations, don’t hesitate to reach us back here in the Community. Have a great day!
