Welcome to the Community, @awafaya. I'm here to help you switch the currency from the dollar to another currency.

If you have Multi-currency enabled, you won't be able to change the currency directly. Instead, you can add a new currency for FCFA or create a new company file dedicated to that currency.

However, if your currency feature is turned off, you can directly switch the currency by going to the Account and Settings section.

Here's how you can switch the currency:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
2. Navigate to Account and Settings. Click on Advanced.
3. Scroll down to locate the Currency section.
4. Then, click the pencil icon and select the desired currency you wish to switch to.
