If you mean to resubscribe your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab and click the Resubscribe link.
  4. Enter the new billing information.
  5. Hit Subscribe.

If you can't activate it, I suggest reaching our Customer Support Team so we can assist you further.

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.
  2. Select Search for something else. Then, enter a brief description in the field.
  3. Hit Search.
  4. Click Start a Message to connect with a live support agent.
