My Accountant sometime is unable to upload support with transaction. How to resolve this issue.

Before we start, when you say "upload support", are you referring to a document or attachment for a transaction?

 

If so, you can send this link to your accountant to know the type of files they can upload: Attachments in QuickBooks Online. It also includes detailed steps on how attach the file.

 

If not, your accountant can perform some troubleshooting steps if they're unable to upload bank transactions. Please provide these steps:

 

  1. Use other supported browsers.
  2. When it works, clear cache and cookies on the regular browser.
