Question

My credit card is being charged every month, but I don't have quickbooks service. I need to talk to someone? Anyone have a number?

Hi there, @ilovekeystonehom. I'm glad you stopped by the Community. You're on the right track in reaching out to us to get more information about the charges appearing on your credit card statement and to get the appropriate support you need. I'd be glad to assist you.

Since you don't recognize an Intuit or QuickBooks charge on your credit card or bank statement, let's first check where it's coming from and why.  Please open this article and fill out the form to check for charges for QuickBooks products: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. This form shows charges that occurred on or after May 27, 2020.

You can get in touch with your bank to look up the payments made in your account if the charges aren't related to Intuit. But if it's QuickBooks, I advise contacting our live support team. They can use their tools to securely gather information, investigate your account further, and stop charging your credit card account.

If you choose to keep the QuickBooks subscription, you can read this article to find out how to manage it, whether you need to change the card  on file, update your subscription, or simply view your billing history: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

I appreciate you for reaching out to us to find a solution to your concern, ilovekeystonehom. Please know that you're always welcome to visit us again if you have any QuickBooks-related concerns. The Community is always looking forward to helping you. Have a nice day!
