  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, select (?) Help.
  2. Select either tab to get started.
  3. Choose Assistant to get quick, personalised answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. 
  4. If you decide you need further help, you can still chat to a human.
  5. Choose Search to type a question, keyword, or topic for QuickBooks Online self-help content.
  6. Select Contact Us, type a question, and Continue
  7. Choose to Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.
