Question

My next billing data for a recurring payment is 29th, but I can only choose 28th or the last day of the month. it compromises data accuracy, how to solve it?

In order for QuickBooks to send the transactions during the last day of the month, use the Last option. By choosing the last day  setting, the system will automatically set the payment date for the last day of each month, maintaining consistency with your billing cycle and ensuring data accuracy.

 

QuickBooks will use this preference to send the transaction based on the last day of the scheduled month (February 29, months with 30 and 31 days).
