Question

My quickbooks was set to the wrong country. How can i either change it or delete my account? PS the chat isnt working.

I’m here to help and guide you on how to change your account to the correct region. Let’s cancel the subscription and sign up to a new one with the right country.


Here’s how:

 

  1. In your company, tap the Gear icon in the upper right to choose Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu on the left panel and tap the Cancel subscription or Cancel your trial link.
  3. On the Cancel QuickBooks (version) page, press the Continue to cancel button.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

 

Next, visit our website to sign up for a new QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription: Then pick the online version that best suits your business needs. Also, make sure to select your county.
