Not able to generate GSTR-2A

We recently received reports that some users are having issues accessing their GSTR-2A reports. Rest assured our engineering team is working around the clock to fix this.

In the meantime, we can perform some steps to isolate this issue. I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private or incognito window and accessing your GSTR-2A report from there. 

This way, we can check if this is a browser cache issue. Cache helps the browser to perform swiftly. However, too much of it causes discrepancies that can affect the performance of your account. Using an incognito window helps us verify this matter as this doesn't save any data files.

To open a private window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts: 

• Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
• Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers)
• Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

If you’re able to generate your GSTR-2A, I’d propose clearing your regular browser's cache to refresh the system. If the issue remains, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can see and check if this is a browser-specific issue.

If this is not the case, I suggest contacting our support team. This way, they'll add you to the list of affected users and be notified via email once this gets resolved.
