On my Purchase OrderI cannot order Item - there is only Category ?

i cannot order an item on my Purchase Order - no option

    Hello, @royo. The Item and Category details should be available on the Purchase Order view. Since you're unable to see it on your end, we'll troubleshoot your browser to pinpoint why this option isn't showing up.
     

    To start, open your QBO account in an incognito window to isolate the problem. Here are the shortcut keys you can use:
     

    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
       

    If you don't get the error while using incognito mode, return to your regular browser and clear its cache to remove any stored data that may be interfering with QBO's performance. Alternatively, you might want to consider switching to another supported one.
     

    Once this is done, feel free to continue processing your purchase orders.
