Question

Our account is suspended and yet funds are available in our account.Suppose to recover on 6th every month but that didn't happened.

It will not be fair since we need to do invoicing on monday morning.Kindly advice alternative way.

Since you have funds in your bank account, we'll need to verify why it was suspended. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can securely check the root cause.

Here's how:

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.
  2. Enter your concern in the Tell us more about your question box such as "Why is my account has being suspended" or "Please verify my suspended account."
  3. Click Search.
  4. Scroll down the page, and then click Send a Message.
  5. Enter your email address, full name, question, and phone number.
  6. Select Submit. I can show you how it looks like.
