Payment Problem Quickbooks Decuct Extra Amount Monthly.

Hello there, @amit16. We'd want to ensure this is taken care of right away.

 

You can view your QuickBooks Online payment history directly in your product. You can follow the instructions below to get your payment history information if you require a copy or would like to view it. 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
  4. Click the View Payment History hyperlink.

 

The latest six (6) months' worth of bills will be included in the billing history. The day following the billing date, not the same day, is when billing statements become available. 

 

Additionally, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team for this one. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and review your billing information. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Start a chat.
