Are you trying to renew your subscription in QuickBooks? If so, you can renew it by going to the Your Account menu and click the Subscribe button. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top-right of your screen.
  2. Under Your Company select Your Account.
  3. Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
  4. The subscription renewal page will open in a pop-up window. If you already have an activation code click on "Already have an activation code?" button (1) and follow the screen instructions.
  5. Click the Apply button (2) if you have a Promotion code.
  6. Enter the Billing Address details and check the Terms, Conditions checkbox and click Continue/Make Payment.
  7. Choose the payment option.
  8. Once payment is made, your company account will get renewed.

  1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter the details of your concern and click Let's talk.
  3. Select the Start a chat option
  4. Enter the necessary information to complete your request.
