QBOA payment no happening, The payment page doesnt move forward to complete payment. problem since March 2021. I have 16 wholesale licenses, now all are suspended

Customer Support is hopeless, all they say is, their functions are limited in QBOA, they are transferring my support to concerned billing team, this is the same message i got for last 7 times
