Hello @duane8. I'd like to be on the same page with you. To better understand, I need more information with your payroll concern.

Are you referring to the employee paycheck that has been doubled or the payroll fee per employee?

If you want to request for an employee's pay reversal, there is a $75 charge. However, it does not guarantee that you will receive your money back.

We can verify the charge with the help of our live support team. They have the tool to further check and process the correction for you.

To route you to the correct department, follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to the Assistant at the top of the page.
    2. Click the Help (?) icon.
    3. Search for the question or topic you need help with.

You can reach them anytime if you are using QuickBooks Premium or Elite Payroll plan. They are also available from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT for QuickBooks Online Payroll Core.

To determine when to request a reversal, you can check the guidelines in this article: Reverse a direct deposit in QuickBooks Payroll.

Also, to let your employees see their pay stubs, W-2s and more, you can invite them to QuickBooks Workforce. It will give them an easy access to print their own paychecks and W-2s online.

You can always return to this thread for any follow-up questions or other direct deposit-related concerns. Have a great day.
