If you receive an email saying that you're account is suspended, what you need to do is to update your billing information. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Under Payment method, select Edit.
  4. Enter the full credit card information. Verify that the billing address in QuickBooks Online is the same on your credit card statement.
  5. Select Save Changes.
