Renewal related queary

I'd like to help you with your concern. 

Do you want to renew your QuickBooks subscription? If so, I have the steps to make this happen. Before doing so, please make sure you have the activation code or promotion code ready.

Then, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
2. On the left panel, click Billing & Subscription.
3. Click the Subscribe or Renew link to the right of Subscription Status.
4. Subscription renewal page will open in pop-up window. Click on the Already have an activation code? button and follow the screen instructions.
5. Enter the promotion code in the Promotion Code text box and select Apply. Add the Billing Address details and check the Terms, Conditions checkbox and click Continue/Make Payment. 
6. Choose the payment option from Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash Card and follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment.

Once your payment is made, your company account will get renewed. If you're having problems making an online payment or issues with the activation code, I recommend getting in touch with our live support by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to Help located in the upper right corner.
3. Select the Contact Us button.
4. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
5. Click Let's talk.
6. Hit the Start a chat button.
