Question

Since yesterday, I cannot book our bills. Account titles keep on showing up as "null". Is anyone experiencing the same too? What should I do?

You can start by accessing your account using an incognito window. The following shortcut keys can be used:

 

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

 

You can also clear the cache to get rid of any undesirable internet files that have accumulated in your browser. Alternatively, you can use another supported browser to further isolate.
