I'm here to ensure you're able to match your PayU payment transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @sachin-awasthigr. This way, you can keep your account updated and manage your transactions accordingly.

 

You're able to match your PayU payment with the downloaded bank transactions in QBO once they share the same information (i.e., date, amount, and category). In case you can't find the payment, you'll have to check the following scenarios:

  • Payment hasn't been reconciled.
  • The payment was entered using the same bank account.
  • Payment hasn't been previously matched to another bank downloaded transaction.
  • The payment isn't outside the date range displayed.
